Cancellation Policy

Our adjusted COVID-19 cancellation policy:

After reservation, we ask to pay a deposit of 25% of your booking. The remaining balance may be paid 2 weeks prior to your arrival. If there is a chance that you cannot travel because of COVID-19 restrictions, we will not ask for the remaining balance until you arrive at the resort or hotel. If you have to cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions, the paid amount will be a credit/voucher to be used for your next stay.

Regular Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions a voucher for the full amount is issued, in other cases the resort has the right to charge its guest the following cancellation fees, in addition to any reservation costs owed:
– in case of cancellation up to the 44th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit
– in case of cancellation from the 44th day (inclusive) to the 14th day (exclusive) before the day of
departure: 50% of the travel sum;
– in case of cancellation from the 14th day (inclusive) to the 7th day (exclusive) before the day of
departure: 75% of the travel sum;
– in case of cancellation from the 7th day (inclusive) until the day of arrival or later: the full travel
sum will be charged.

Cancellation policy special rates

All special and/or discounted rates are non-refundable and non-cancellable!

Note: We kindly advise all of our guests to get travel insurance which covers unexpected necessary
cancellations with our resort, as well as delays in arrival and/or early departures. These are matters
beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for cancellations of bookings with us.
