How does it work?

You book your stay or rental with us via our website www.sorobonbeachresort.com.

You can add “Flex Rate” and pay a fee of $ 150 and this will give you the possibility to change your arrival and departure date one time without losing your non-refundable deposit or non-refundable booking.

Conditions:

• The request for changing the dates is done no later than 21 days prior to the original arrival date.
• In the email, please include the new arrival date, which should be no later than 9 months after the original arrival date.
• As soon as the new days are set, your change is final once the invoice is paid.
• If the duration of the stay (or rental) is shortened, there will be no refund for the non-stayed nights or not used rental days.
• You might have to pay a price difference.
• If the rate for your new stay is lower, you will not be refunded for the difference.
• In the event that you want to change your dates but you don’t have a new date yet, we can hold your funds and reservation option for max 14 days after we received your email.
• As soon as new days are set, we will send the adjusted invoice. As soon as we receive payment, the change is final.
• Only upon request and availability.
• Reservations and bookings are never transferable.
• Change can be made one time only.
