Some more adventurous guests might stumble upon a big greenhouse just outside of the chalets. This is a unique building on Bonaire resorts and it is where we grow our own greens and vegetables.
With much care and attention, even on a sandy coral island, such as Bonaire, it is possible to cultivate small plots of land, and our kitchen takes advantage of this daily! All year-round fresh salads, herbs, tea leaves and vegetables make way to your table for lunch and dinner.

The selection that our care-taker Adrien delivers to your table daily consists of:
- Salads: spinach, arugula, lettuce, Cressida
- Veggies: cherry tomatoes, Win Win Choi
- Peppers: Kilian, Kristian hot pepper, Bongkok pepper, sweet peppers
- Herbs: Asian Basil, Italiano Basil, Thai Basil, mint, oregano, coriander, rosemary, lemongrass
