Sorobon Beach Resort offers a unique & excellent natural environment for yoga & wellness. Ladina, our yoga expert from Switzerland, customises her daily yoga to the experience and preferences of her guests. Beside that she offers private training, yoga on the Stand-Up Paddleboards and TRX classes. Surrounded by the sounds of nature, natural halo therapy and cool breeze, your yoga class at Sorobon will be a very special and gratifying experience.
The TRX sessions are done with small tools (TRX, weights) but mostly with your own bodyweight. Each session lasts 30 min. and focuses on high intensity, ideal to burn fat and tone muscles (maximise workout – minimise time).
Every month we have a full moon yoga session, followed by a healthy smoothie – see our Facebook page for the next edition.
