SENIOR Front Office

 As a Senior Front Office Associate, you are the main point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival at the resort. You support the Front Office & Guest Service Supervisor in the daily operations of the reception and guest communication. You make sure every guest feels welcome and valued — from the first greeting to their departure. In addition, you provide administrative support for reservations and work closely with all departments to ensure a high level of service.

Front Office

As a Front Office Associate, you are the first point of contact and the face of Sorobon Luxury Beach Resort & Sorobon Bay Hotel. You ensure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment, guiding them with professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. You contribute to a seamless check-in and check-out process, answer questions, and make sure every guest enjoys a carefree, warm, and personalized experience.

BARTENDER

As a bar staff member, you are the face behind the bar and play an important role in the experience of our guests. You prepare and serve various (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) drinks, maintain a well-kept bar, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Sorobon style. You work closely with the
service team and ensure that every guest enjoys a relaxed and high-quality experience.

RUNNER

A runner is responsible for supporting the service staff in the area and on the beach by quickly, correctly, and courteously bringing dishes and drinks from the kitchen or bar to the guests. The runneracts as the link between the kitchen and the service team, ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently.


Sous chef

The Sous Chef acts as the right hand of the Head Chef and plays a key role in the daily management of the kitchen. He/she is responsible for leading operations during service, ensuring quality control of all dishes, and coordinating the kitchen team. The Sous Chef safeguards continuity, efficiency, and creativity in the kitchen, ensuring that every dish reflects Sorobon’s standards: fresh, refined, authentic,
and in harmony with its surroundings.

TEAMLEADER

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of the front-of-house team, restaurant, bar, and beach service. You ensure structure, motivation, and a smooth service flow, working closely with your fellow team leaders and the chef. Together, you form the backbone of the operation, with guest experience, quality, teamwork, and commercial results at the core.

Service Employee

A district leader is a service staff member responsible for a designated “section” or area in the
restaurant or on the beach, for example, a number of tables. You ensure that guests in your section feel
welcome, receive timely service, and leave with a positive experience.
